• Develop detailed FEA models to evaluate vehicle durability, focusing on fatigue life, vibration endurance/fatigue, and load-bearing capacity for complete vehicle systems under diverse operating conditions.

• Perform road load data analysis to determine component and system damage levels. Use this data to improve structural design and optimize vehicle durability.

• Correlate load data with CAE fatigue predictions to establish accurate cyclic load and damage predictions and simulate real-world operating conditions.

• Optimize complete vehicle durability by assessing structural load paths, material fatigue thresholds, and road load transfer mechanisms for components such as chassis, suspension, body structures, and powertrain mounts.

Work Location and Hours

·       The hired candidate is expected to be present in MIDC Rabale, Navi Mumbai office during core business hours (and maintain an average of 9 working hours per day in the normal run.

·       All Saturdays and Sundays will be off, however Candidate must be willing to work on off days to meet any deadlines or make up the shortfall of working hours.
