Industries We Serve
Electronics Engineering
Softwise Mechatronics specializes in designing of electronic circuits from simple analog to large circuits containing multiple ICs with thousands of connections. This expertise enables us to design and develop signal conditioning circuits and sensor interfaces along with PCBs for varied applications.
Software Development
Our aim is to create such computer coded or programmed software that address a unique business or personal objective, goal or process. Our software development life cycle (SDLC) includes processes such as initial research, data flow design, process flow design, flow charts, technical documentation, software testing, debugging and other software architecture techniques.

We have developed from scratch machine controller and a very responsive user interface for a prominent testing equipment manufacturer. The system is capable of sampling up to 5000 readings per second from three different strain gauges and parallelly collect optical encoder data. The user interface developed using Linux in kiosk mode not only gives the users all the features of a good computer like internet connectivity, printing capabilities etc. but also give peace of mind to the client that their source code is safe from copying.
Electronica
When a client came to us wishing to upgrade their existing CNC machine controller, we took on that challenge. Using TI’s microcontroller for real time control and an Embedded Linux SBC we developed the firmware and the user interface software to give not only better machining accuracy but also a very rich user experience. As we developed both ends of the system, it was possible to achieve very high data rates through customized communication protocols.
16-channel
One of our MNC clients had a very specific requirement for structural testing. Using standard off-the-shelf amplifiers and data loggers would have proved to be too costly to replicate at multiple locations. Combining our embedded development skills, the knowledge of structural monitoring principles and our expertise in the User Interface Design, we were able to provide a unique embedded solution tailored to the problem. Not only it saved the overall costs but it can be easily scaled whenever such structural monitoring is required.
